Mixing Liquid now contains Fixative. This Mixing Liquid is an activation liquid for dry pigments or traditionally water activated paints. Will make water-activated paints almost water-proof. There is a learning curve as the paint will dry quickly. Be sure to check if the client is allergic to alcohol based products. 0.5 ozs. Powders sold separately.
