You will receive an email notifying you of your tracking information after you place your order (please allow up to 24hr for info to show). (Tracking emails can sometimes end up in Spam folders)
Orders placed Mon-Fri before 3 pm MST will be packed and shipped the same day. Orders that come in after 3 pm will be processed and packed, but may be shipped the next business day. Orders placed Friday after 3 pm MST and Saturday before noon MST are packed and shipped same day. Sunday orders are shipped Monday morning.

We all love free shipping. Any order over $75 will have a free standard shipping option at checkout. If you need to upgrade your order shipping to Priority or Express, those will be available for purchase at checkout.
Shipments outside the United States may be subject to Import Duty / Tax / VAT, levied once a shipment reaches your country. These additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient of the parcel, as we have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be.
When ordering from Face Paint Forum Shop, you agree to pay any Import Duty, Tax, or VAT that your country's government may add. If you refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding these duty or tax liability charges, note that you will remain liable for the purchase price of the product(s) and any Import Duty, Tax, VAT, or penalty imposed by your government.
Most carriers will hold a shipment for five days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender. We do not refund original shipping charges for goods refused for delivery at customs. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and customs duties are not always applied. Therefore we ask that you contact your local customs/ import/ mail departments for rates before you place an order to be certain.
